Shipping & Deliveries

Within Australia

We understand that when you place an online order, you want to receive your parcel as quickly as possible. For this reason, all our parcels are sent using Australia Post's Express Post. We charge a flat rate of $10 for orders under $130. Delivery is free for orders over $130.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days of payment being received. Our stock numbers are generally correct, but on the rare occasion that you place an order at the same time as another online or in-store customer and an item is therefore unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange to exchange it or refund your payment.

Express Post delivers to most capital cities and WA regional towns within 2 business days after your order is posted (See Australia Post for further details). We will notify you when your order is posted and include your parcel's tracking number. You can track your parcel via the "My Account" section of the website or by visiting Australia Post's website.

Please note that Express Post parcels will be left at your address and do not require a signature on delivery. Nicci’s Smalls is unable to take responsibility for items that are lost in the post. We will, however, assist in locating any parcels that go astray.

In-store Pick Up for Perth Residents

Perth residents are able to use the free pick up option and collect their order from our boutique in South Fremantle. Choose the "Instore Pickup" option as your delivery method when checking out. We will phone or email you when your order is ready to be collected.

New Zealand

We send all parcels to New Zealand using Australia Post’s Standard delivery service which takes about 5 business days. We charge a flat rate of $20 for orders under $200. Delivery is free for orders over $200.

Our stock numbers are generally correct, but on the rare occasion that you place an order at the same time as another online or in-store customer and an item is therefore unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange to exchange it or refund your payment. Likewise, if there are any issues with delivering to your address we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative delivery options.

Your parcel should arrive about 6 business days after your order is posted but this may depend on your location (See Australia Post for further details). We will notify you when your order is posted and include your parcel's tracking number. You can track your parcel via the "My Account" section of the website or on the Australia Post website.
