How do I return an item?

Returns & Exchanges

At Nicci’s Smalls, it is our mission to help you find bras that fit properly and so we’re very happy to do exchanges. In fact, we encourage you to give us a call if your order doesn’t fit so we can help you work out whether another size or another style would suit you better. Over the years we’ve become pretty good at doing over the phone “fittings” once you’ve tried on one or more of our styles.

We understand that it can be difficult to get the right size or style first time because there is so much variation between brands. It can be useful for you to order a few different sizes and/or styles to try. You can return the ones that don’t fit to us for a refund so long as they remain in “as new” condition. This can save on doing numerous exchanges and racking up postage costs.

Items:

1. For hygiene reasons, bottom pieces, ie. Knickers, Thongs, Boyshorts etc., cannot be returned.

2. All other items may be returned subject to the conditions below.

Time Frame:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

a. Proof of ship date, ie. a tracking number, must be provided is order to receive a refund in case order arrives after the 30 day return window.

2. Items received after the 30 day return window will be shipped back to the purchaser and a refund will not be provided.

Condition:

1. All products must be returned in "as new" condition.

2. Products are considered to be in “as new” condition if they have the tags attached, and are undamaged, clean, unwashed and unworn

3. Swimwear are tried on over your underwear and hygiene stickers are kept on garment as we cannot provide refunds or credit on hygienically compromised items.

Refunds:

1. Non-sale items may be returned for exchange, store credit or a refund.

a. Refund will be given in the same method as they were paid for originally.

b. Cash refunds will not be provided over the amount of $100.00. If you require a refund over $100, Nicci’s Smalls advises bringing another method to be refunded by.

2. Refunds are not offered for sale items. Store Credits and Exchanges to the value of the purchase at the time are available.

Shipping Costs:

1. We do not refund or provide credit for postage/shipping costs.

2. First exchange will be free of postage.

a. All exchanges past this point will include Nicci’s Smalls flat postage fee of $10.00.

3. Customers are responsible for return postage costs on items they post back

4. We suggest that you use a trackable method to return parcels to us as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive, and no refund will be given for items that do not arrive.

5. If your order qualified you for free shipping but your refund has your spend under the $130 minimum your refund will be given minus the $10 flat shipping rate.

International Returns:

1. International Returns must abide by terms as with Australian returns except for those terms listed below.

2. International orders must be returned within 60 days of purchase.

3. Shipping

a. Customers are responsible for return postage costs on items they post back to us.

b. All exchanges will be charged our international postage rate for the exchange to be posted.

c. If your order qualified you for free shipping but your refund has your spend under the qualifying amount for your country, your refund will be given minus the flat shipping rate.

d. A trackable method of shipping is recommended to return parcels to us as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive and no refund will be provided for items lost in the mail.

4. Refunds and credits will be given for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

5. We do not refund or provide credit for postage/shipping costs.

Faulty Products:

1. It is our policy that we always check your check items before postage to minimise the chances of receiving a faulty product.

2. If returned goods are deemed to be faulty and are in an "as new" condition Nicci's Smalls will replace the garment or, if a replacement is not available, provide a store credit or full refund. We will also reimburse your return postage costs.
