How do I return an item?

Returns & Exchanges

At Nicci’s Smalls, it is our mission to help you find bras that fit properly and so we’re very happy to do exchanges. In fact, we encourage you to give us a call if your order doesn’t fit so we can help you work out whether another size or another style would suit you better. Over the years we’ve become pretty good at doing over the phone “fittings” once you’ve tried on one or more of our styles.

We understand that it can be difficult to get the right size or style first time because there is so much variation between brands. It can be useful for you to order a few different sizes and/or styles to try. You can return the ones that don’t fit to us for a refund so long as they remain in “as new” condition. This can save on doing numerous exchanges and racking up postage costs.

Free Returns Within Australia

We offers a 30 day return policy on all products returned in "as new" condition. Non-sale items may be returned for exchange, store credit or a refund within 30 days of purchase if they are in "as new" condition.

Products are considered to be in “as new” condition if they have the tags attached, and are undamaged, clean, unwashed and unworn. For hygiene reasons, please ensure knickers and swimwear are tried on over your underwear as we cannot provide refunds or credit on dirty items.

Sale Items: We do not offer refunds for sale items but are happy to exchange for another size or style, if available, or to provide a store credit. Refunds and credit are given for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

We do not refund or provide credit for postage/shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs on items they post back to us but we do not charge postage for your first exchange shipment from us. If additional exchanges are required, postage of $10 will be charged. We suggest that you use a trackable method to return parcels to us as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive.

International Returns

For international orders we offer a 60 day return policy on all products returned in "as new" condition. Non-sale items may be returned for exchange, store credit or a refund within 60 days of purchase. Products are considered to be in “as new” condition if they have the tags attached, and are undamaged, clean, unwashed and unworn. For hygiene reasons, please ensure knickers and swimwear are tried on over your underwear as we cannot provide refunds or credit on dirty items.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs on items they post back to us and will also have to pay our international postage rate of $25 for the exchange to be posted.

Sale Items: We do not offer refunds for sale items but are happy to exchange for another size or style, if available, or to provide a store credit. Refunds and credit are given for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

Faulty Products: We always check your orders before we send them to minimise the chance of you receiving a faulty product. However, if returned goods are deemed to be faulty and are in "as new" condition i.e. they have not been washed or tumble dried, Nicci's Smalls will replace the garment or, if a replacement is not available, provide a store credit or full refund. We will also reimburse your return postage costs.
